Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between Ariel Mayrose, Osek Patur (sole businessperson), located at Harishonim St. 2, Hadar Am, 4293500, Israel ("I", "me", "my") and any person who accesses or uses my website and services ("you", "user", "client").

By using my Website or purchasing my services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms together with my Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or services.

My Services

I provide life coaching and personal development services, including:

1-on-1 coaching sessions — individual sessions booked and paid for on a per-session basis
Workshops — group workshops and events, paid as one-off payments
Subscriptions — future subscription-based services for ongoing access to content, programs, or other offerings (details and pricing will be published when available)

The description of my services on the Website is for general information purposes. The specific terms of any service will be confirmed at the time of booking or purchase.

Please note: My services are coaching and personal development in nature. They are not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or professional mental health care. Nothing on my Website constitutes medical or psychological advice.

Who Can Use My Services

My services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By purchasing a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.

Payments

How Payments Work

Payments are processed through AllPay (a payment service provider).
When making a purchase, you will be asked to provide your name, email, phone number, and payment details.
Your payment must be approved by your credit card company or financial institution. If the payment is not approved, the transaction will not go through.
I do not store your credit card details. Payment information is transferred directly to the payment provider.

Pricing

All prices are displayed on the Website at the time of purchase.
Prices include VAT where applicable.
Prices do not include any additional costs unless stated otherwise.
In rare cases, a pricing error may appear on the Website due to a typo or human error. In such cases, you will not be able to benefit from the error and will be asked to pay the correct price.
I may change or cancel any promotion at any time.

Subscription Payments (Future)

When subscription services become available, recurring payment terms will be clearly stated at the time of signup, including the billing frequency and how to cancel.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations are handled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and the regulations enacted under it.

Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel a transaction within 14 days from the date of purchase or from the date you received the transaction details, whichever is later.
For services scheduled on a specific date (workshops, sessions, etc.): the cancellation request must be submitted at least 7 business days before the scheduled date, unless the law requires otherwise.

Extended Cancellation Period

The 14-day cancellation period is extended to 4 months if you are:

A person with a disability
A senior citizen
A new immigrant (Oleh Chadash)

…as defined under the Consumer Protection Law, provided that you informed me of your status during the transaction or in subsequent communication.

How to Cancel

Your cancellation notice must include:

Your full name
Your ID number
Details of the service or transaction you wish to cancel

Cancellation Fees

In the event of a lawful cancellation, I may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, as permitted by law — unless a refund without a cancellation fee is required by law.
