The basic idea is that in order to live a happy and fulfilling life, we need to connect with our feelings.
When we connect with our feelings, we gain clarity about our true desires and aspirations.
Although it sounds simple, it is often challenging.

​​Most of us grew up in a society and education system, which usually dictated what we should do.
As a result, we are often surrounded by criticism, making it difficult to discern what we genuinely love to do.
In order to do what we truly love, throughout the personal coaching process we will employ the methodology of Nonviolent Communication to help connect with our authentic feelings and needs, and to act in alignment with them.
Nonviolent Communication (NVC)
Initially conceived as a method of enriching communication and fostering peaceful conflict resolution, Nonviolent Communication has gained recognition. Nevertheless, the benefits of NVC transcend these interpersonal realms.
